200 hour & Advanced Yoga Teacher Certification:
Immerse deeply in the Ashtanga Yoga practice in this teacher training intensive with Caroline Klebl. Her yoga teacher training program meets the 200 & 500 hour international Certification standards of the Yoga Alliance.
Caroline Klebl offers a comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training program for teachers, aspiring teachers and yoga practitioners. Her teacher training combines the high standards of practice, required by the Ashtanga Vinyasa System with the development of teaching skills necessary to introduce students to Yoga practice safely and effectively. An Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training Manual is supplied to each participant. To those who attend all scheduled classes, a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate will be issued, at the end of the course. Returning students will receive 200 hours of Advanced Training, towards 500 hour Certification.
Teacher Training Schedule:
Ashtanga Yoga (Mysore Style or Led): 6:30am-9am
Adjustments/Teaching Techniques: 10:00am-12:30pm
Anatomy, Ayurveda & Philosophy: 3pm-5:30pm

Retreat Location:
This course will take place at an exquisite Eco Resort in the Costa Rican tropical rainforest. This Eco Resort includes 700 acres of primary rainforest with 8 miles (14km) of jungle paths, a beautiful yoga studio, a meditation deck, a gourmet restaurant, a natural therapy center, a turkish steam room, cabins with private bathrooms and terraces, an organic garden, a cinema and a bookstore. This pristine location has breathtaking panoramic views of Arenal Volcano, Arenal lake and the famous Coter Lake, a sacred site for the Malekus Indians. There is internet, laundry service and a variety of massage treatments available available at the resort. Gourmet organic vegetarian meals will be served three times a day.
Eco Tours in Costa Rica:
Each week throughout the retreat there will be one day off. You will have time to visit the Arenal Volcano, the Volcanic Hot Springs, go horseback riding, go kayaking or canoeing on Lake Coter, visit the Malekus Indians, take one of Costa Rica's famous Canopy tours or simple relax at the resort and receive a massage.

Application and Registration:
To register for the teacher training please submit the following application. A reading list and registration details will be supplied upon acceptance into the course.
500 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Certification:
Returning students and those who have completed a 200 hour Certification in the past, will receive 200 advanced training hours towards 500 hour Certification.
Travel to Costa Rica:
The Eco Lodge will arrange for airport transfers from the San José International Airport (SJO). A passport with at least 30 days validity is required to travel to Costa Rica. A visa is not required and one can stay up to 90 days.
